They are in it for one thing, and that is to make money. The ball is in their court often, giving them a lot of power to negotiate money and stock in your company. I enjoy the saying "it's better to have a piece of the pie, then none of the pie", but I don't use this saying as justification for giving away an unjust level of control. Keep the great post coming.
