  • Introduced a Cloud based infrastructure using infinitely auto scalable platform architecture. Platform included Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, reducing release cycles from monthly to daily.
  • Grew a technology product start-up to over $5 million in turnover per annum, 78 staff and securing of first round of venture capital within 2.5 years.
  • Transformed large development team of over 60 developers to Agile (Scrum & XP) methodologies, which improved project delivery success rates from 20% to 93%.
  • Moved core product development to an offshore development capability in Guangzhou China and reduced the product development budget by 76%.
  • Successfully delivered a $40 Million project to rationalise commodities trading systems within the project timeline which realised cost benefits in excess of $7 Million per year in trading process improvements.
  • Achieved savings of over $1 Million per annum through business process re-engineering and system optimisation for a large international commodity trading operation.
